Tucked away in Maroochydore - Sunshine Coast, this two-bed boutique Reformer Pilates space is for anyone who wants to feel stronger, more capable, and more at home in their body — whether you’re just beginning your movement journey or deep in the rhythm of sport and performance.

Why train with me?

This is movement that meets you where you are — physically, mentally, and emotionally. With a unique blend of Pilates, strength, breathwork, and mindset coaching, I help you build confidence in your body, reconnect with your “why,” and train for life — not just for fitness. Whether you’re chasing a start line or learning to trust yourself again, this space is for you.

  • I’m Em — and I created this space for people who crave a different kind of training.
    The kind that meets you where you are — in your body, your story, your mindset.

    With 12 years of Pilates experience, I’m also a qualified personal trainer, yoga instructor, and counselling therapy degree graduate, currently studying sports science to deepen my understanding of human movement.

    I’ve lived the full spectrum of training — from Ironman to marathons, through injury, burnout, breakthroughs, and everything in between.

    This isn’t just about strength. It’s about the relationship you have with yourself.

    The inner critic. The fear of failing. The “how could anyone love me” thoughts that swing wildly into “maybe I am loveable after all.” Sound familiar? You're not alone.

    Here, we move with awareness — of our posture, our mechanics, and our patterns of thinking. Through movement, breathwork, and conversation, we begin to uncover the unconscious beliefs that might be holding you back — from chasing a time goal, surfing the bigger wave, running without pain, or finally walking into that studio with confidence.

    Pilates won’t get you to the start line alone — but it will help you arrive there feeling mobile, grounded, strong, and more in tune with your body and mind than ever before.
